HDMECH has successfully finished the full-performance factory test of the customized 30-ton forging manipulator for our Indian client. All technical indicators, positioning accuracy and heavy-load performance meet acceptance standards. The equipment is now ready for delivery to the customer’s workshop in India.

This intelligent heavy-duty forging manipulator is customized to adapt to local forging working conditions. Featuring stable servo control, strong clamping rigidity, low vibration and high precision, it can reliably perform billet gripping, rotating and feeding for open die forging and precision forging processes.

Strict tests including no-load operation, heavy-load linkage and continuous cycle work have been carried out to guarantee international quality standards.
